Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Julia Taragano operates Institutional Fluency as a sole trader (ABN: 94 715 051 572) in Queensland, Australia. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Institutional Fluency website and to services purchased or booked through Institutional Fluency.

By purchasing or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Institutional Fluency provides educational and professional development services designed to support people and organisations in developing Institutional Fluency.

Services may include live masterclasses, workshops, community sessions and other educational or professional development offerings.

Details including content, format, duration, location, participant numbers and pricing are provided on the relevant service page, booking page, proposal or other written communication.

Masterclass Bookings

Places in live masterclasses may be booked and paid for through this website.

Your booking is confirmed once the booking process and required payment have been successfully completed.

Masterclass places are subject to availability. Information about the scheduled date, time and delivery format will be provided during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information when making a booking so that relevant information about the session can be provided to you.

Workshops and Organisational Services

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a capability briefing or requesting a proposal does not create a confirmed workshop booking.

Workshop and organisational bookings are confirmed separately following agreement on the scope, delivery arrangements, pricing and any other applicable terms.

Where a proposal, quote, invoice or written service agreement contains terms specific to an engagement, those specific terms will apply to that engagement in addition to these Terms & Conditions. If there is an inconsistency, the terms specifically agreed for that engagement will take precedence.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST-free, as Institutional Fluency is not currently registered for GST. Prices are subject to change, and any change will not affect a booking already confirmed.

  • Masterclass bookings are confirmed upon full payment at the time of booking.

  • Workshop and corporate bookings are confirmed upon payment of the deposit set out in the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Payments are processed securely through Wix and its integrated payment providers. Institutional Fluency does not store complete payment card details.

Any additional costs, such as venue hire or interstate travel for in-person workshops, will be communicated and agreed where applicable.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by service and are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on this website and any service-specific terms provided at the time of booking.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or the Refund & Cancellation Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Changes or Cancellation by Institutional Fluency

Institutional Fluency may need to reschedule, modify or cancel a session due to circumstances such as illness, insufficient registrations, venue issues, technical problems or other circumstances that reasonably affect delivery.

Where Institutional Fluency cancels a paid service and does not provide a suitable alternative or rescheduled session, affected customers will be offered an appropriate refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service.

Where a session is rescheduled, participants will be advised of the new arrangements and any available options.

Online Sessions

For services delivered online, participants are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and any software reasonably required to participate.

Institutional Fluency is not responsible for a participant's inability to attend or participate due to their own equipment, internet connection or other technical issues outside Institutional Fluency's reasonable control.

If a technical issue within Institutional Fluency's reasonable control materially prevents delivery of a service, reasonable steps will be taken to provide an alternative arrangement.
