For migrants and newcomers, navigating a new cultural context involves more than receiving information. It means learning how to read the new systems around them, interpret expectations, recognise unwritten rules, ask questions, and find ways forward when the process is not obvious.

Navigating Australia with Confidence is an interactive workshop designed to complement your organisation’s existing onboarding, orientation, and support.

​

Through the Institutional Fluency Framework™, practical activities, and real-life examples, participants develop language for experiences they may have struggled to explain. They leave with practical strategies they can apply immediately to navigate unfamiliar systems with greater clarity, confidence and agency.
